With the Mijn Bestel App Android app your customers and your own staff order from their phone or handheld scanner. Catalogue, prices and pictures are stored on the device, so the app also works in a basement or on a building site. Every order becomes a sales order in Exact Online.

What the app does

Scan with the camera or a handheld scanner

Scan the barcode with the camera, or use a handheld scanner: it works anywhere in the app. Every scan puts the item straight into the draft order.

Also offline

Catalogue, prices and pictures are on the device. Without reception you simply keep ordering; the app sends the order as soon as there is a connection again.

Order again

All your orders are in the app, including the ones you did not place through the app. Prepare an earlier order again with one tap.

Several draft orders

Work on an order per project or building site, each with its own reference, delivery date and delivery address.

In the branding of your supplier

The app takes over the logo and colours of your supplier, just like the web app.

For suppliers

Log in with Exact Online and order on behalf of a customer, with their prices and delivery addresses. Useful for the sales office and sales reps.

Secure on the device

The data on the device is kept in an encrypted database, with its own key per login and administration
The login is protected with the Android Keystore
When you switch supplier or log out, your data stays encrypted on the device and the app then only fetches the changes
No ads and no third-party tracking

What you need

A phone or handheld scanner with Android 8.0 or newer
An account with your supplier: as a customer you receive an invitation by e-mail, as a supplier you log in with Exact Online
No Android? On iOS you use the web app and put it on your phone with "Add to Home Screen"

What does the Android app cost?

The app is free to download. You can order from suppliers that have a Mijn Bestel App subscription; their customers pay nothing.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. Catalogue, prices and pictures are on the device. Orders you place without a connection are sent as soon as there is reception again.

Which handheld scanners work?

Any Android handheld scanner that passes a barcode on as keyboard input. The app picks up the scan anywhere; you do not have to select a field first.

Is there an iPhone app?

There is no separate iPhone app. On iPhone and iPad Mijn Bestel App works in Safari; with "Add to Home Screen" it sits on your device as an app.

I order from several suppliers. Do I need several apps?

No. You log in with one e-mail address and switch in the app between the suppliers that invited you.
