As fast as reordering should be: search or scan, enter the quantity, send.
Search by name, item code or barcode, with suggestions while typing. Or scan the barcode with the camera of a phone or tablet. A scanned item goes straight into the cart.
Items with the pictures from Exact Online, as a list or as tiles. Customers filter with buttons per item group or property.
Customers mark regular items as favourites. They put an earlier order back in the cart with one click.
A customer works on several orders at once, for example per project, each with its own description, reference, delivery date, delivery address and remarks.
For every item the customer sees whether it is in stock, without you having to show stock quantities.
With one click the order is a sales order in Exact Online, in the name of the right account. Exact calculates the prices as always.
Every customer sees your catalogue the way you want it for them, with their own prices.
Put customers in customer groups and decide per group which item groups, assortment properties and single items are visible. A customer in several groups sees everything of those groups together. What a customer cannot see, they cannot order either.
The filter buttons of a customer follow their customer groups. They only get buttons for the item groups and properties they may see.
Price lists, periods, quantity breaks and discounts come from Exact Online. The customer sees a price indication up front, including any discount.
Rather no prices in the app? Switch them off for all your customers with one switch.
Shipping costs, order costs or an environmental surcharge: choose items that are added to every order automatically.
For your customer it feels like your ordering portal, not someone else's.
Your logo is shown at login, in the menu, in the Android app and in the e-mails to your customers.
Choose a main colour and a secondary colour. Buttons, badges and accents in the customer environment use them, with a check on readability.
Your customers log in at yourcompany.mijnbestel.app. That address opens your ordering portal right away, with your logo and colours.
The invitation and password e-mails carry your logo and colour, so the customer sees at once who they come from.
Also when the customer calls or e-mails, you are done in a few taps.
Choose a customer and put their order together with their own prices, discounts and delivery addresses. The customer sees the same draft orders in their own app.
Choose an account and contact person from Exact Online and send a personal invitation. Only active contact persons in Exact Online get access.

Choose the warehouse for the orders of your customers. The app automatically picks a warehouse to which all stock items are linked, so Exact Online accepts the order.

Mijn Bestel App uses the official Exact Online API with OAuth. We never see or store your Exact Online password.
All traffic goes over HTTPS and the servers are in Europe. You remain the owner of your data.
Passwords are stored encrypted, repeated failed login attempts are blocked and you can revoke an account at any time.
Yes. With customer groups you decide per group of customers which item groups, assortment properties and single items are visible. New customers are in the default group, which shows all items.
Yes. You upload your logo and choose a main and a secondary colour. On request you get your own address such as yourcompany.mijnbestel.app.
Yes. With "New order" you choose a customer and order with their prices, discounts and delivery addresses. The order goes into Exact Online in the name of that customer.
The Android app keeps the catalogue, prices and pictures on the device and also works offline. Orders go to Exact Online automatically as soon as there is a connection again. The browser version needs an internet connection.
