Mijn Bestel App (My Order App) is an ordering app for companies that use Exact Online. Customers scan barcodes with their phone, fill a cart and send their order. It immediately becomes a sales order in Exact Online.

Mijn Bestel App costs €195 per month per Exact Online administration, excluding VAT. The first month is free. The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of 1 month.

Yes. Mijn Bestel App is built specifically for Exact Online and uses the official Exact Online API. Items and accounts come from your administration and every order becomes a sales order.

When the customer sends the cart, Mijn Bestel App creates a sales order through the Exact Online API in the name of that customer, with the scanned items, quantities and notes. You then process the order in Exact Online as usual.

No. Customers scan with the camera of their smartphone or tablet. Typing a barcode or item code works too.

You log in with your Exact Online account and create a customer account for an Exact Online account. The customer receives a registration link, chooses a password and can then log in and order.

No. Mijn Bestel App is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and works in the browser. Customers can add it to their home screen as an app on Android, iOS and desktop. Those who prefer a real app, for example to order without internet or with a handheld scanner, can use the Android app.

The Android app keeps the catalogue, prices and pictures on the device and also works offline. Orders go to Exact Online automatically as soon as there is a connection again. The browser version needs an internet connection.

Yes. With customer groups you decide per group of customers which item groups, assortment properties and single items are visible. A customer in several groups sees everything of those groups together. New customers are in the default group, which shows all items.

Yes. You upload your logo and choose a main and a secondary colour. The customer sees them at login, in the app and in the e-mails. On request you get your own address such as yourcompany.mijnbestel.app.

Yes. With "New order" you choose a customer and put the order together with their prices, discounts and delivery addresses. The customer sees the same draft orders in their own app.

No. If a customer orders from several suppliers that use Mijn Bestel App, they log in with one e-mail address and switch between those suppliers.

Mijn Bestel App stores the data needed to run the service, such as items, accounts, customer accounts and orders. Servers are located in Europe. You remain the owner of your data. We never store Exact Online usernames or passwords.

Yes. All communication uses HTTPS. The connection with Exact Online uses OAuth, so we never see your Exact Online password.

Yes, when your supplier switches it on. Customers connect their AI assistant with their own Mijn Bestel App login and can then find items, order earlier orders again and place orders in plain language, always only after their confirmation. See Order through your AI assistant.

Mijn Bestel App itself has no limit. Exact Online does limit API use to 60 requests per minute and 5,000 requests per day per administration. For normal ordering this is more than enough.

Yes. The first month is free, so you can find out with a few customers whether Mijn Bestel App suits your business.

You can cancel in the app or by contacting us. The monthly subscription has a notice period of 1 month. Afterwards we delete your data within 30 days.
