Mijn Bestel App works with the items, prices and customers that are already in your Exact Online administration. You do not have to transfer or maintain anything twice. Usually the first customer places an order the same day.
You log in with your own Exact Online account and choose the administration. Mijn Bestel App loads items, pictures, prices, stock and customers. After that everything stays up to date through webhooks and a nightly update. The first month is free.
Choose the warehouse for the orders, whether customers see prices and which items are added to every order. With customer groups you decide per group of customers which items are visible. Add your logo and colours, so it becomes your ordering portal.
Choose an account and a contact person from Exact Online and send the invitation. The customer chooses their own password. Only active contact persons in Exact Online get access.
The customer searches, scans a barcode with their phone or puts an earlier order back in the cart. In the browser, with the Android app or through an AI assistant. In the cart they fill in reference, delivery date and delivery address.
With one click the order becomes a sales order in Exact Online, in the name of the customer and with the right warehouse. Exact calculates the prices and you process the order as always.
Logging in and loading your administration usually take a few minutes, depending on the number of items. After that you can invite the first customer right away.
No. Items, pictures, prices, stock and customers come from Exact Online and stay equal to it. When you change something in Exact Online, it is in the app within about a minute.

Yes. With "New order" you choose a customer and order with their prices. The customer sees those draft orders in their own app as well.
